Dear Colleagues,
My name is Tina Penman and I am an audiologist at the VA. Previously I worked in research which is why I remain on this list. Thanks for all the work you continue to do, advancing the field and supporting our patients with hearing difficulties.
GLP-1 medications are new, in fact, so new that I don’t know if anyone has emerged as being the “go-to-expert” on this topic. Are there any researchers who are exploring the auditory side effects of GLP-1 medications? If so, please consider having them contact me. We are putting together our annual conference and are yearning for a speaker on this topic. Thank you for your consideration.
