[AUDITORY] IHCON 2024: Please help us disseminate an online survey to hearing-aid users

Dear auditory friends,

In advance of this year’s International Hearing-Aid Research Conference (IHCON Conference website), we are taking stock of how hearing-aid users are getting on with their current devices: what’s working, what isn’t, and what would people most like to see improved?

If you work with any patient groups or organisations in your locale, please share the link (https://surveys.hearing.nottingham.ac.uk/IHCON24_PPI1/) with them and kindly ask that they encourage their members to complete the survey. We are asking hearing-aid users (current or lapsed) to answer a few simple questions and then record short video testimonials about their experiences.

The survey is in English, but we welcome responses from hearing-aid users around the world, to the extent that they are able to work around that limitation.

Looking forward to sharing the results at IHCON in August.

Best wishes,

Ian
