[AUDITORY] Call for Papers - Interactive Sonification workshop in September 2022



This is a kind reminder about the call for papers to the Interactive Sonification workshop (ISon 2022) taking place in Delmenhorst, near Bremen, Germany, on September 22nd 23rd 2022. Interactive Sonification is the specialized research topic concerned with the use of sound to portray data, but where there is a person at the heart of an interactive control loop. The main theme of ISon 2022 is Psychoacoustics in the Loop and will highlight how these two fields of research can benefit from one another.

The ISon workshop will consist of paper presentations, poster sessions, demonstrations, keynote presentations, and workshops.

 

Keynote presentations will be:

- Katharina Groß-Vogt, Institut für Elektronische Musik und Akustik, University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, Austria, “Peripheral Sonification”

- Renzo Vitale, BMW Group Munich, Germany, “Sound Design for Electrical Vehicles”
