[AUDITORY] Postdoctoral position available at Washington University in St. Louis



POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN AGING AND SPEECH PERCEPTION at Washington University in St. Louis, Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences, will be available as early as July of 2022, with some flexibility on the appointment date. Fellowships, sponsored by the National Institute on Aging, are for 1 to 3 years and are designed to train psychologists for academic and research careers in the psychology of aging, with opportunities to investigate age-related changes in hearing and speech perception. Fellows carry out their own research under the supervision of a faculty preceptor and a mentoring committee. Areas of specialization may also include cognitive changes in aging, the cognitive neuroscience of aging, personality and socio-emotional aging, and translational impact.
