The 3D Tune-In Toolkit has already been mentioned but I just wanted to point out that, apart from the library, the “Binaural Test Application” (https://github.com/3DTune-In/3dti_AudioToolkit/releases) comes with a nice GUI which is easy to use. It can also be controlled via OSC messages if one wants to use head tracking or just control it remotely from other software such as Matlab or MaxMSP, which may be useful.
