I finally got my first printed book in hand today, and Amazon is saying expect May 10 delivery if you ordered from there (in the US), and they've dropped the price by 4 dollars. 

It's a beaut.  And I found a typo already, so I'll need to start an errata page soon.  I'm still offering $1 per bug.
