Thanks for all the private replies and congrats.

Another thing:  the Kindle version is available -- my wife bought it yesterday, and it works on her Kindle.
Personally, I think that format is yucky and too expensive, but if that's where you read ...

And if anyone wants to consider using this book for a course, let me know; I can probably have the publisher send you a free copy.
