The Department of Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders at the
University of Kansas seeks to hire an Assistant Professor with expertise
in Hearing Sciences and/or Disorders or Speech Sciences and/or
Disorders. The position is expected to begin as early as August 18,
2011. 

Required: Ph.D., ABD, or terminal degree expected by start date of
appointment. Ph.D. is required within 12 months of appointment start
date. Expertise in Hearing Sciences/Disorders or Speech
Sciences/Disorders. Commitment to a program of scholarly research in
area of expertise as evidenced by (1) graduate and/or post graduate
coursework, and (2) publications and/or conference presentations.
Ability to teach courses in area of expertise as evidenced by (1) a
teaching portfolio or by (2) coursework and/or graduate teaching
experience. Initial review of applications will begin on November 1,
