Dear List -
I am looking for a software application to edit speech passages.
I would like something to satisfy the following criteria:
- Can edit and spectrally display .BI (binary) files or ADF files
- Allows millisecond resolution
- Can handle large files (i.e., about 15 minutes of speech)
- Free or modestly priced
- Windows/PC
- Easy to use
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
