Dear List -
    I am looking for suggestions about acoustic software. Specifically I
would like to find a software that can be used to change the signal to noise
ratio of .WAV and .AIFF files; my emphasis will be on decreasing the signal
strength. Ideally this software would be Macintosh compatible and available
as demonstration or freeware.
