Dear Mr. Valkenberg,
Sennheiser HD 495 headphones are calibrated in the same way as the other TDH headphones are calibrated. However, you require an adapter for placing the oval shaped Sennheiser HD 495 headphones over the artificial ear. Usually, the manufacturer of the audiometer or the headphones on request supply the adapter. Wish that solves your problem,
