Dear Auditory List Members,
The evidENT team at UCL's Ear Institute is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with expertise in computer vision and deep learning to analyze MRI and CT data from patients with hearing disorders.
The successful candidate will develop algorithms for automated segmentation of temporal bone structures, create predictive models for treatment outcomes, and design tools for detecting conditions such as otosclerosis.
This position offers the opportunity to apply advanced computer vision techniques to address important clinical challenges in hearing healthcare.
Key requirements:
- PhD in computer science, biomedical engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in medical image analysis and deep learning
- Experience with 3D imaging data (CT/MRI)
- Python programming skills and familiarity with deep learning frameworks
- Interest in collaborating with clinical researchers
