Dear list members, A reminder of the upcoming special issue of The Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology (QJEP) focused on the relationship between
cognition and sensory impairment. This QJEP special issue aims to bring together cutting-edge research that investigates the multifaceted aspects of cognition within the context of sensory impairment. We welcome original articles, short reports, reviews, theoretical papers,
and methodological contributions. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Why contribute? Increased Impact: Your research will reach a diverse and engaged audience of fellow researchers, academics, and professionals eager to understand cognition in sensory impairment. Advancing Knowledge: By sharing your findings, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of how sensory impairment influences cognitive processes and vice versa. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: This special issue will provide a platform for interdisciplinary exchange and foster collaboration between researchers working in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, rehabilitation, and related
disciplines. Submission instructions: Expressions of interest (500 words maximum) should be submitted by
1st November 2023 to helen.henshaw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx . Manuscripts should be submitted by 1st February 2024 via the QJEP submission portal and follow the guidelines provided by QJEP (https://journals.sagepub.com/author-instructions/qjp).
All submissions deemed suitable to be sent for peer review will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Once your manuscript is accepted, it will go into production for the special issue. Read the call for papers:
