Dr. Mimi Kao and I have an NIH R01-funded postdoc position to study auditory-motor interactions during rhythm perception in a small animal
model (the songbird).
The position is in Dr. Kao's songbird neurobiology lab in the Biology Dept. at Tufts University, and the postdoc would work closely with both of us.
Candidates should have experience in neurophysiology and animal behavior as well as excellent experimental design, analytical,
and communication skills. Programming skills (including python and MATLAB) and prior bioacoustics experience are
preferred.
