Hello,
As a part of the National Science Foundation’s Innovation-Corps program (NSF I-Corps), we are conducting interviews with audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, and other individuals working in the hearing aid industry to better understand current limitations in the process of fitting hearing aids. Using these interviews, we hope to develop virtual reality demonstrations of hearing aid use that will help address these limitations.
If you are working, teaching, or conducting research in a field related to hearing aids (audiologist, hearing instrument specialist, researcher, educator, etc.) and are interested in participating in a short (30-minute) interview, please provide your name and your email using the link below. The interviews will occur over the next few months, and we will get in touch with you to schedule a specific time for an interview. https://forms.gle/Sam3sH4LLg1jfnbK7
Alternatively, if you are a new or experienced hearing aid user and would like to be interviewed from that perspective, you can sign up this second link: https://forms.gle/A9nHTPCareBEkt4x5
If you have any questions about the interview, team, or project, feel free to reach out to Matthew Neal (matthew.neal.2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Please share this with others who would be interested in participating in an interview as well.
Regards,
Matthew Neal, Shae Morgan, and Pavel Zahorik NSF I-Corps Team for VR Audiology
