Dear List,

Does anyone know of an instrument, such as an app, questionnaire, or protocol for a structured interview, that measures family history of hearing loss or hearing-related problems? There are the DIGS and FIGS, but these are for psychiatric disorders. Basically I'm looking for the DIGS/FIGS but for hearing.
