please find in the attachment the opening for a 4-year PhD position at the University of Geneva (Switzerland). The PhD position is located within the newly established National Center of Competences (NCCR) in Evolving Language.

The topic of the research project is about the intersection of language and emotions, and the potential candidate is expected to perform neuroscientific experiments on this topic using fMRI and/or EEG methods. The project focuses on the neural processes related to the integration of both prosodic and
semantic levels and implies that the applicant should have strong interest in the study of emotion and language with an interest in affective sciences and an interdisciplinary approach.
