The Auditory section of the cognitive neuroscience department of the faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience at Maastricht University is looking for an enthusiastic PhD students to join a collaborative grant (NIH Brain Initiative) with NYU and the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research.

Using auditory tasks we aim at studying laminar signals in the auditory cortex with non-invasive fMRI. The unique setup will allow direct comparison of laminar fMRI with laminar electrophysiological recordings collected at NYU.
