Naeem, your company looks pretty exciting!  But as a "senior", I was disappointed to see the ageism expressed on your website: "Be aged between 18 and 60 years old".  Is this legal in Canada?

Embedded Hardware/Software Engineer:

Required to have experience with: 

·       ARM-based 32-bit microcontrollers

·       Schematics and PCB layout routing

·       Standard electrical design tools (e.g., Altium)

·       Mixed-signal circuits with digital and analog circuit design 

·       Low noise amplifier circuits and filter design

·       Low power communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth 5 and its stack structure)

·       Low-level firmware development (e.g., ADC, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART)

·       Software development environments (e.g., Keil)

·       Real-time operating systems and state machines

·       Software debugging and root-cause analysis practices

Nice to have experience with:

·       FPGA and neural network accelerators

·       Design for mass production and Design for Cost rules

·       Interfacing gyroscopes, accelerometers

·       Signal processing and machine learning  

·       CAD tools

·       HAL and bare metal coding

·       Python and C++ programing 

·       Github

Machine Learning Engineer:

Required to have experience with:

·       Deep learning algorithms such as CNN, DNN, RNN, GAN, LSTM

·       Classical machine learning approaches (e.g., SVM, KNN, Naive Bayes)

·       High-level programming skills in Python, Matlab, C, C++, Java, etc.

·       Knowledge in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit)

·       Github

Nice to have experience with:

·       Techniques in signal processing, feature extraction, time series analysis, etc. 

·       Digital signal processing with experience in biosignal and sound analysis

·       Software development and architecture design
