Duties and Responsibilities
A full time postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available
at UCL Ear Institute, to work on an Action on Hearing Loss
funded project entitled “Does neuromodulation have what it takes
to silence tinnitus for the long-term?” The aim of this project
is to optimise High Definition Transcranial Direct Current
Stimulation (HD-tDCS) and its impact on Tinnitus perception
& underlying brain networks.
The project will involve conducting studies involving people
with tinnitus at the Ear Institute using HD-tDCS and fMRI at the
Birkbeck/UCL Centre for NeuroImaging (BUCNI) in collaboration
with Prof Fred Dick (Professor of Auditory Cognitive
Neuroscience).
