The SMART Lab at Ryerson University is recruiting a post-doctoral fellow and two fully-funded MA/PhD students to join a new research program focused on (a) cognitive load in challenging listening conditions (speech in noise; dual-task), and (b) the perception of speech emotion. This program of research will utilize high-density fNIRS, EEG, and behavioral methods with normal hearing, hearing impaired, and hearing-aided listeners. The SMART Lab is affiliated with the Applied Cognitive Neuroscience and Lifespan Development Research Clusters in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Potential candidates should submit a brief statement of inquiry, an unofficial undergraduate transcript (grad applicants only), and a CV/Resume to Frank Russo (russo@xxxxxxxxxx). ________________________________ Frank A.
