[AUDITORY] Building a Sonovox

Hello list,

I'm assisting an engineer who is interested in building a Sonovox, an instrument patented in 1939 (patent here) which is a relative of the talk box. Is anyone on the auditory list acquainted with the specifications of the Sonovox (wattage, materials, etc.) or how to construct one?
