[AUDITORY] Post-Doc position on speech and music neurophysiology, Marseille, France

Dear colleagues,

We have an exciting project on speech and music perception with intracranial recordings (sEEG). We already have ~20 datasets including rest, speech and music conditions and would like to run large-scale connectivity network analyses (coherence and granger causality).

The project is funded by the French Research National Agency (ANR) for 12 months and will take place at the System Neuroscience Institute in Marseille, France (https://ins-amu.fr/).

The Institute is highly interdisciplinary and multinational, with many local, national, and international collaborations, and hosted both at the university and at the hospital, which altogether present a stimulating working environment. We have facilities for psycho-physics/behavioral tests, eye tracking, EEG, MEG, sEEG. The Institute is also part of a larger Institute on Brain Language and Communication, including linguists, cognitive scientists, neuroscientists, mathematicians and data scientists. The scientific environment on language topics is thus rich and exiting and several possibilities exist for prolonging the post-doc duration.

We are now seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and technically strong postdoctoral researcher to join us. Starting date: October to December 2019.
