on the latest developments of Conversational Speech Synthesis engines, from design to implementation and evaluation.

SPCC2019 strongly supports hands-on sessions to provide a good balance between theory and practice. Morning sessions will include lectures on theory while all afternoon sessions will be dedicated solely to the hands-on sessions.

SPCC2019 is supported by ISCA: ISCA students attending SPCC19 may apply for a travel grant via the ISCA grant application portal.
