Neurotransmitter concentration

Dear List,

I am interested in the neurotransmitter concentration in the synaptic
cleft between inner hair cells and and nerve terminals of the spiral
ganglion cells. To be specific, I would love to see some sound pressure
vs. concentration (in e.g. mol) plots. Do something like that exists? I
would be very grateful for some pointers.
