Objective Rating of Speech Intelligibility by Speech Transmission Index

Dear List Members,

Might anyone have a copy of, "IEC (2003). IEC 60268–16-2003.  Sound System Equipment—Part 16: Objective Rating of Speech Intelligibility by Speech
Transmission Index", they might be willing to share with me?  

It seems that one has to purchase this item from IEC standards; however, the pricing structure adopted by the IEC seems to be more in line with what industry can afford, rather than the depth of individual academics' pockets.
