Dear all,

 I am looking for some tools to estimate the SNR of noisy speech
data.  I know there is a package in NIST , Speech Quality Assurance
(SPQA) Package Version 2.3.  But it can only run in Unix/Linux.

 Is there any similar  tool in Windows system ?
