One lead: You may wish to examine the work of Bernard Guillemin and Catherine Watson in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at The University of Auckland, New Zealand.  They have been investigating the impact of GSM on forensic speaker identification.  An quick paper to examine is

The addition of a background noise seems to be simple but I don't know which type or noise distribution I have to use.

I want also introduce frequency degradation and I have no idea about the way this must be done.
