Musical excerpts & emotion-semantic processing

Dear List,
 
Does anyone know of an online music database or library where we could find musical excerpts with 'emotional' or 'semantic' meanings or labels (e.g. musical excerpt with ascending pitch=staircase or thunderstorm, clown, war)? Has anyone tested such emotional or semantic labels large scale?
 
Additionally, we are looking for already created regular/irregular chord sequences (e.g. to test musical syntax).
