Workshop on Genetics of Music

Dear colleagues

The "International Workshop on the Biology and Genetics of Music" will 
take place from the 20 to the 22 May (in collaboration with the Mariani 
Foundation) in Bologna, Italy. Deadline for abstract submission is April 15.

During the Workshop scientists, ethnomusicologists and geneticists will 
be involved in conferences and musical performances analysing and 
discussing the correlation between music and genetics and, in 
particular, the biological basis of musical talents and deficits. 
European Continuing Medical Education (C.M.E.) accreditation is in 
process of examination.

The Mariani Foundation is kindly offering a reduced registration fee of 
€ 204 instead of € 240 for anyone who is a member of this list. (Just 
check off "Neuromusic subscribers" on the registration form)
