Best Pest code? (UNCLASSIFIED)

We're looking for code for implementing the Best-Pest adaptive threshold
measure. We'd probably prefer visual basic, or C++ but even Pascal or
Matlab could be useful. If anyone has any leads, it'd be much
appreciated.
