Re: auditory objects corpus/database

Dear Virginie,
dear list,

Here are some more "sound sources":
"Sound Ideas" CD No. 6003 with lots of animal sounds.
Other soundware producers are e.g. Koka Media and Selected Sound.

The wonderful recordings of Alban Gebler I forementioned are partly
described in
Alban Gebler: "Beside the Creation's Crowning Glory - Anatomical Structures
of Non-Human Vocalization"

Best regards
Sascha

Hi,

I was wondering whether a database/corpus of ecological sounds (excluding
speech) is available anywhere. Could anyone help me on this?

Thanks!

-Virginie
