Hi,

Can anyone suggest what salary would be needed to attract a psychoacoustics expert to a startup based in the Midlands area of the
UK?
Would stock options make a difference?

Do such people actually exist - especially in the UK ... or is such a skill usually an "interest" attached to some other core skill?

And where/how would you start looking for such a person? What key CV bullet-points would be desirable?
