formant frequencies of sung German vowels

Dear listeners,

I'm an undergraduate student in Montreal, Canada, and am writing some
software to estimate formant frequencies in recordings of vocal music.

So that I know what to expect from my program, I was wondering if anyone
might know the values of typical formant frequencies for sung German vowels.
Is anyone aware of a study or paper dealing with this sort of thing?
Excepting the "singer's formant", are sung vowels known to have different
frequency characteristics from spoken vowels?
