Nasal place of articulation

Dear list members,

I recently started working on the automatic recognition of nasal place of
articulation in continuous speech. Has anyone been working on/know of any
recent work on the topic? The latest paper I have seen is by Jonathan
Harrington published in 1994 in JASA.
