physiological distance between elements

Hello,

I am doing a study on neural propagation times.
Is anybody aware of the distances between the various elements in the
neural anatomy ?
I would like to start at the Organ of the Corti and work to the Superior
OlivoCochlear, possibly also the distance to the Inferior Colliculus

Further more, I have gained rough estimates for the speed of neural
signals to be something like :
Meylinated = 20 m/s
Un-Meylinated = 1 m/s
