If you want this to run on an older system
(DOS through Win9x) then you might have a
look at my Daqarta package.  You will need
a Creative Labs ISA-bus Sound Blaster.
Daqarta can do fast real-time spectrograms,
FFTs, scope displays, histograms, and
really complex concurrent signal generation.
I'll be glad to answer any questions.
