Speech Recognition on the Mac?

I'm looking for a bare-bones speech recognition system that will run on
the mac. It can be trainable and limited vocabulary (actually only about
20-30 words). I need the source code because I'm using it for
experiments. Does anyone know of such a system, or alternatively has
anyone programmed the Apple Plaintalk system?
