Music Perception



     In response to the request about Psychology of Music courses, mine is not
exactly on that topic, but on auditory perception.  Here is the course
information and a daily schedule.  I hope it is helpful.

Evaluation by letter grade, based on:
               40%  Final test
               45%  Project, including:
                    (a) oral presentation,
                    (b) written report OR computer/audio demonstration,
                    (c) Xeroxed reading for class (due 2 weeks in advance).
               15%  Class participation

     doing projects.  Xeroxes will be distributed in class.

Laboratory:    Rooms W8/13-17.  Students will be able to use it to prepare
     audio demonstrations if they choose that option as part of their project.
