The project aims to study the impact of =20 early musical intervention and across modality cuing on the precursors =20 of neural rhythm processing in normal developing infants and those at =20 risk of neurodevelopmental disorders. The successful candidate will join an international consortium =20 (https://gramfc.u-picardie.fr/premusic-babymusic/) aiming to =20 investigate the development of rhythm perception starting from the =20 third trimester of gestation into infancy from different perspectives =20 and using different techniques, including EEG, OPM MEG, fNIRS in =20 neonates and infants and eye tracking and behavioral protocols in =20 infants. The project began in 2022 and is supported by multiple international =20 grants and collaborations. Requirement: strong background in neural signal processing, advanced =20 skills with scripting languages, such as MATLAB or Python, research =20 experience in EEG/MEG signal processing/modeling, and high verbal and =20 written communication skills Preferable: knowledge in the field of neurosciences of music and/or =20 auditory perception, French fluency Position details Employment level: 100% Salary: based on Inserm standards considering candidate=E2=80=99s experie= nce, =20 from net salary of ~2000=E2=82=AC with no prior experience.
