--0000000000004b2c8606322f2f00 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Dear List - My "Aperiodic admin reminder" last week obviously wasn't clear enough. Let me specifically describe how to be removed from the AUDITORY list: (a) When you subscribed, you received an acknowledgment email titled "AUDITORY list response" that contained a URL something like: http://www.auditory.org/dpwe-bin/audform?TAG=<YourShortCode>&ID=<YourKey> Clicking on that will take you to a page of personal details; at the bottom of that page are a set of subscription options; Select "No messages (inactive)" and hit "Submit". You will be unsubscribed, and you'll receive an automated confirmation email. (b) If you can't find the original email, you can find yourself on the list index at: http://www.auditory.org/audindex.html Click on your own name to see your record. Then, you can click on the button "Send the edit URL to the email above" at the bottom of the page. A new email containing the edit link will be sent to your email address. (c) If that doesn't work, email me directly (dan.ellis@xxxxxxxx is the safest) and I will handle things manually. Please *don't* email the whole list as this just adds noise to everyone's inboxes. Thanks! DAn. p.s.: For Gmail users, you see an "Unsubscribe" button at the top of all mailing list messages, and this is directly integrated with the mailing list software. This works too, but doesn't update the list's member database (so I have to fix it up by hand). For that reason, I prefer following the approach above. --0000000000004b2c8606322f2f00 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">Dear List -=C2=A0<div><br></div><div>My &quot;Aperiodic ad= min reminder&quot; last week obviously wasn&#39;t clear enough.=C2=A0 Let m= e specifically describe how to be removed from the AUDITORY list:</div><div= ><br></div><div>(a) =C2=A0When you subscribed, you received an acknowledgme= nt email titled &quot;AUDITORY list response&quot; that contained a URL som= ething like:<br></div><div><br></div><div><a href=3D"http://www">http://www= </a>.<span class=3D"gmail-il">auditory</span>.org/dpwe-bin/audform?TAG=3D&l= t;YourShortCode&gt;&amp;ID=3D&lt;YourKey&gt;<br></div><div><br></div><div>C= licking on that will take you to a page of personal details; at the bottom = of that page are a set of subscription options; =C2=A0Select &quot; No messa= ges (inactive)&quot; and hit &quot;Submit&quot;.=C2=A0 You will be unsubscr= ibed, and you&#39;ll receive an automated confirmation email.</div><div><br= ></div><div>(b) If you can&#39;t find the original email, you can find your= self on the list index at:</div><div><br></div><div><a href=3D"http://www.a= uditory.org/audindex.html">http://www.auditory.org/audindex.html</a><br></d= iv><div><br></div><div>Click on your own name to see your record.=C2=A0 The= n, you can click on the button &quot;Send the edit URL to the email above&q= uot; at the bottom of the page.=C2=A0 A new email containing the edit link = will be sent to your email address.</div><div><br></div><div>(c) If that do= esn&#39;t work, email me directly (<a href=3D"mailto:dan.ellis@xxxxxxxx">d= an.ellis@xxxxxxxx</a> is the safest) and I will handle things manually.</d= iv><div><br></div><div>Please *don&#39;t* email the whole list as this just= adds noise to everyone&#39;s inboxes.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</di= v><div><br></div><div>=C2=A0 DAn.</div><div><br></div><div>p.s.: For Gmail = users, you see an &quot;Unsubscribe&quot; button at the top of all mailing = list messages, and this is directly integrated with the mailing list softwa= re.=C2=A0 This works too, but doesn&#39;t update the list&#39;s member data= base (so I have to fix it up by hand).=C2=A0 For that reason, I prefer foll= owing=C2=A0the approach above.</div></div> --0000000000004b2c8606322f2f00--
