— apologies for cross-posting —
My name is Roser Batlle Roca, and I'm a PhD student at the Music Technology Group (MTG) at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Under the scope of the TRAMUCA project, we are conducting a study on how people perceive relationships between short music excerpts.
We're currently looking for participants aged 18 to 65 with sufficient musical knowledge to identify and reason about different musical attributes, such as melody, harmony, rhythm, voice, and timbre. The experiment consists of listening to short music excerpts (~10 seconds) and comparing them across these attributes.
There is no fixed number of evaluations, and you may do as many as you like. Each evaluation takes about 1 minute, earning you points.
After completing at least 10 evaluations, you can enter a draw for one of 4 vouchers worth €25 each. You can also pause and resume the experiment as you wish. Please, complete the experiment using headphones.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at roser.batlle@xxxxxxx.
Thank you so much for your time and support!
Best regards,
Roser
