I hope this email finds everyone well. Dr. Varsha Rallapalli and I (Dr. Gregory M. Ellis) would like to announce the Student Podium Award Session at the ASA Philadelphia Meeting (May 2026). Please see details and link for applications below.
Six winners will receive a $750 travel stipend to help cover travel and lodging costs and will present their work in a special podium session highlighting outstanding student/trainee research. Submit the following via the application form below (Google account required) by October 30th, 2025 - note that this deadline is earlier than the official ASA abstract submission deadline:
- Abstract (200 words)
- CV
- Letter of Recommendation
A panel of judges will review all submissions. Selected winners will submit their abstracts to ASA during the official submission period and be featured in the special session.
