[AUDITORY] Opportunity for predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees at the University of Connecticut.

Dear colleagues,

The University of Connecticut has funding opportunities for Ph.D. and postdoctoral trainees through an NIH (NIDCD) T32 training program, “Cognitive Neuroscience of Communication.” We would appreciate your help in advertising these training opportunities to talented individuals pursuing training in topics related to communication disorders and cognitive neuroscience.

Trainees work with one or more members of our mentor team. Our mentors include:

2-year fellowships for Ph.D. students: Eligible students* apply to work with one of our CNC-CT mentors in one of our participating Ph.D. programs and will be encouraged by their mentor to apply for the fellowship at the Ph.D. application stage. Applications will be accepted with a soft deadline of February 1st, 2026.

2-year fellowships for postdoctoral trainees: Eligible postdoctoral trainees* should reach out to potential CNC-CT mentors to assess fit to the program, and apply no later than April 1st, 2026, for a Summer/Fall 2026 start.

*Funding slots available to US Citizens or green card holders only, per NIH policy.

Please see our website for more details and contact Melanie Stroud (melanie.stroud@xxxxxxxxx) with questions.

Many thanks,

Rachel
