[AUDITORY] Help Advance Research on Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) — Quick Survey for Providers

Dear US-based audiologists and hearing researchers,

We invite you to participate in a brief research survey (https://uconn.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3WR2nTEzBrUMSdo) about healthcare providers’ knowledge, attitudes, and clinical practices related to Auditory Processing Disorder (APD).

Your insights will help identify gaps in diagnosis and management practices and contribute to efforts aimed at improving early intervention and care across the United States.

The survey takes approximately 6 minutes to complete and is conducted entirely online through UConn Qualtrics. Participation is anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected unless you choose to enter an optional gift card raffle.

As a token of appreciation, participants may choose to enter a raffle to win one of five $50 Greenphire ClinCard gift cards (via a separate unlinked form to maintain anonymity).
