At RNID we are expanding our technology team and looking to recruit a Product and Technology Specialist.
What does that mean? In short, the role will involve:

Staying abreast of the latest and emerging technologies and technology research, synthesising this and communicating it effectively to different audiences including our volunteers, staff, communities and the general public. Formats for this will include writing copy for the website and ‘state of the art’ summaries for staff.

Supporting delivery of consultancy work for corporate partnerships, including but not limited to remote and in-person user and perceptual testing, and environmental audits.

Work with colleagues from the wider Directorate to identify opportunities to grow our relationships and collaborations with academics and universities.
Product and Technology Specialist Role Details
- Location: remote, UK.
- Salary: 40,000-45,000 per annum
- Hours: 35hrs per week (part-time considered), no core hours with genuine flexible working
- Contract type: Permanent
