Re: [AUDITORY] ABRpresto: an algorithm for ABR thresholding

Hello again,

ABRpresto is now published in its final version. We made a few improvements to give measurements of the confidence in the threshold judgement and suggest forther improvements. Feel free to use and improve upon:

Hi colleagues,

We are excited to share with the community ABRpresto, an algorithm for generating ABR thresholds by cross-correlation of resampled subaverages. This algorithm has worked well for us at Decibel/Regeneron, and we would love to see it used more broadly. Along with the algorithm we are also publishing a large dataset of single-trial ABR data with a table of corresponding thresholds picked by expert human raters.

Please distribute and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
