The conference will be hosted on the university campus and will feature ora= l presentations, poster and demo sessions, keynote addresses, and tutorials= . The social program =96 including a welcome reception, concert and banquet= =96 will offer opportunities for more informal interaction. The Call for Demonstrations invites to submit demonstrations in topics rela= ted to the DAFx24 main track (see https://dafx24.surrey.ac.uk/call-for-pape= rs/) accompanied by a short paper (2-4 pages). The demonstration should be technical and not have an overly commercial ang= le, and will be presented at dedicated demo sessions at the conference venu= e. In case you need access to specialised equipment as part of your demonst= ration, please contact the Demonstrations Chair (a.neidhardt@xxxxxxxx) = well in advance of submission. Spatial audio demos will be able to use our = 22.2 system in the ITU-R BS.1116 listening room, or selected tracking devic= es and Head-mounted displays. Additionally, we invite short papers (2-4 pages) describing Late Breaking R= esults (LBR). LBR papers should contain original and unpublished research i= n any area relevant to the main track for DAFx. Sufficient work must have b= een completed to indicate viability of the work, but by their nature LBR pa= pers typically outline preliminary and exciting results. Submitted papers f= or both Demonstrations and LBR must be camera-ready and formatted according= to the templates and instructions available at the DAFx24 website. All pap= ers have to be submitted through the EasyChair conference management system= and are subject to peer review. Acceptance may be conditional upon changes= being made to the paper as directed by the reviewers. Final versions of th= e accepted papers will be included as part of the DAFx Proceedings alongsid= e accepted papers of the main track. Volumes 2008 to 2023 of DAFx proceedings are now indexed in Scopus and this= will apply similarly to DAFx24 proceedings.
