Candidates are expected to have an established or strong promise for vibrant and programmatic research with an active publication record and current or clear potential for extramural funding. All areas of specialization from basic to translational hearing science will be considered. Successful candidates are expected to contribute to and expand the research mission of the department. The position is a tenure-track/tenured, 10-month appointment with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2024. Responsibilities include research, graduate and undergraduate teaching, service, and mentorship of students. A Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Sciences or related field (e.g., psychology, biomedical engineering, neuroscience) is required at the time of hire.
