The UCL Ear Institute has currently two PhD project proposals in the catalogue of the UCL EPSRC Doctoral Training Partnership programme. One is on the application of deep learning to better understand hearing loss (n.lesica@xxxxxxxx), the other on otoacoustic emissions (t.marquardt@xxxxxxxx). For summaries, see https://ucl-epsrc-dtp.github.io/2023-24-project-catalogue/departments/ear-institute.html. Please feel free to contact the supervisor informally beforehand. But note that the closing date is already 26th January! The programme starts September 2023 and provides full funding for four years, also for international students. More information about the training programme can be found here: https://rebrand.ly/b4i3dro. Please forward to potentially interested students. Thanks, Torsten and Nick
